Welcome and Seminar's kick-off by organizers, NPSGlobal Foundation and CEBRI, and the Seminar's host, Correios.
During the session, speeches were around the importance of nuclear energy for Brazil, the political nature of the topic. as well as the reasons for the nuclear issue to be placed, today, at the top of the international agenda.
A description of the Seminar's structure, goals and expected outcomes for each session were shared with the public. In addition, appreciation words for the participants, sponsors, and the 32 speakers from 18 countries coming to Rio de Janeiro to give their support to the International Seminar.
