The Regional Postgraduate Course on Disarmament and Nonproliferation, the first of this kind in the Spanish/ Portuguese speaking world, was announced to the participants.

It will start on March 2010, in Buenos Aires, under the sponsorship of the NPSGlobal Foundation, and will count on a relevant teaching staff, including top level visiting professors.
