Col Argentine Army. PhD in Nuclear Engineering, Instituto Balseiro, Argentina.  Scientist at the CNEA - National Atomic Energy Commission, Argentina. Member of the NPSGlobal Foundation's Board.

MARIANO BARTOLOMÉ
PhD in International Relations. Master in Sociology, Professor in the Postgraduate Courses at the Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA), the Escuela Superior de Guerra (ESG), and the Universidad del Salvador (USAL). He is Researcher, Research Investigator CONICET.  He has also written more than a hundred papers on International Politics in specialized media with and without arbitration of Argentina, Brazil, Chile, USA, Venezuela, Spain and Colombia. He is co-author of twelve books (two of them in Brazil and one in U.S.A.) and author of four books (one of them in Chile). Thesis Jury, Scholarship Director, Evaluator and Expert of the CONEAU (Comisión Nacional de Evaluación y Acreditación Universitaria), Scientific Production Award (UB).

JUAN BATTALEME
Master in State Sciences, UCEMA, Master in International Relations, FLACSO (Latin-american College of Social Sciences). He is Professor and Researcher.

Lawyer, D.Litt., Universidad de Buenos Aires; he has attended Postgraduate courses in France and Germany. Master in Human and Social Sciences, and Postgraduate Master in National Defense of the Escuela de Defensa Nacional.

PhD in Political Science, University of Connecticut, Head of the Political Science Department, UCEMA. Expert in Political Science, Military History, and International Relations. Professor at the Navy War School, and at the Joint War School, Argentina.

ENRIQUE DICK
General (ret), Argentine Army. Master's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, France. Professor at the EST - IESE.  Expert in R&D with focus on missiles' development.

Vice-president at the IRPA. Argentine representative at the IAEA. Member of the ARN - Nuclear Regulatory Authority, Argentina. 

RAFAEL GROSSI
PhD in International Relations, History and International Politics, University of Geneva. Chief of Cabinet of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). Former General Director of Political Coordination at the Argentine Foreign Affairs Ministry. Former Chief of Staff at OPCW.

JULIO HANG
General (R), Argentine Army. Degree in Strategy, Organization, and Political Science. Expert in International Security. Former military attaché at the Argentine Embassy in Washington. Director at the UADE University. Director of the Institute of International Security and Strategic Affairs, within the CARI - Argentine Council for International Relations.

VALERIY KOKHAN (Ukraine)
MD, specialized in infectious diseases, pediatrics, intensive therapy, radiological security. He works presently at the Center of Training, Advanced Courses and Experimentation; Counseling Responsible at PREVAC. He has carried out research work on chemical, biological, radiological accidents and security measures to prevent them. Instructor on Air Transport of Dangerous Merchandises; he also gives informative lectures and seminars on radiological security.

MARÍA JOSÉ MOSSO
Degree in Biological Sciences. Master in Strategic Intelligence XXI Century, and in Narcotics. Expert in chemical and biological weapons. Researcher at the Armed Forces Joint Staff Strategic Studies Center. 

ORPET PEIXOTO
Born in Brazil. PhD in Engineering with a major in Nuclear Engineering, Stanford University. Currently Senior Officer for Planning and Evaluation at the ABACC (joined in 1998). Involved in nuclear safeguards since 1991. Before joining the ABACC worked for more than 20 years in the Brazilian nuclear fuel cycle as a member of the navy. Former inspector of UNMOVIC for Iraq.
