MARIANO BARTOLOMÉ PhD in International Relations. Master in Sociology, Professor in the Postgraduate Courses at the Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA), the Escuela Superior de Guerra (ESG), and the Universidad del Salvador (USAL). He is Researcher, Research Investigator CONICET. He has also written more than a hundred papers on International Politics in specialized media with and without arbitration of Argentina, Brazil, Chile, USA, Venezuela, Spain and Colombia. He is co-author of twelve books (two of them in Brazil and one in U.S.A.) and author of four books (one of them in Chile). Thesis Jury, Scholarship Director, Evaluator and Expert of the CONEAU (Comisión Nacional de Evaluación y Acreditación Universitaria), Scientific Production Award (UB).

VALERIY KOKHAN (Ukraine) MD, specialized in infectious diseases, pediatrics, intensive therapy, radiological security. He works presently at the Center of Training, Advanced Courses and Experimentation; Counseling Responsible at PREVAC. He has carried out research work on chemical, biological, radiological accidents and security measures to prevent them. Instructor on Air Transport of Dangerous Merchandises; he also gives informative lectures and seminars on radiological security.
MARÍA JOSÉ MOSSO Degree in Biological Sciences. Master in Strategic Intelligence XXI Century, and in Narcotics. Expert in chemical and biological weapons. Researcher at the Armed Forces Joint Staff Strategic Studies Center.
ORPET PEIXOTO Born in Brazil. PhD in Engineering with a major in Nuclear Engineering, Stanford University. Currently Senior Officer for Planning and Evaluation at the ABACC (joined in 1998). Involved in nuclear safeguards since 1991. Before joining the ABACC worked for more than 20 years in the Brazilian nuclear fuel cycle as a member of the navy. Former inspector of UNMOVIC for Iraq.
