Our Identity

Founded in 2007 by Irma Argüello, NPSGLOBAL is an independent think tank working at the intersection of international security, strategic foresight, and emerging technologies.

We combine research, policy engagement, capacity building, and strategic dialogue to address complex global challenges and translate specialized knowledge into actionable ideas. Our work spans global security and nuclear affairs, AI and frontier technologies, multidimensional risk reduction, leadership, and international engagement.

Independent in thought and global in outlook, NPSGLOBAL brings together expertise across disciplines to anticipate change, shape policy conversations, and strengthen the capacity of institutions and decision-makers to act in an increasingly complex world.
