Bio
A professor of international politics and security at Torcuato Di Tella University and the University of Bologna in Buenos Aires, with a professional and academic career spanning international relations, strategic analysis, and nuclear affairs.
At NPSGLOBAL, he is a faculty member of the International Program and a researcher working on the political dimensions of nuclear disarmament verification. He is also a member of the Latin American NDV Research and Innovation Hub.
He holds a diploma in international relations from FLACSO and an M.Phil. in international relations from the University of Cambridge. From 2015 to 2019, he served as national director of international strategic analysis at the Executive Office of the Argentine Presidency.
