A licensed psychologist from Universidad del Salvador, specialized in labor psychology, with a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential and certification in Systemic Coaching.
She brings extensive experience in organizational development, leadership, coaching, professional development, and high-performance teams. She previously worked as a psychologist and professor at the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires (ITBA) and is a member of its Leading Learning Communities program.
At NPSGLOBAL, she serves as operations manager and academic coordinator of the International Program, supporting institutional development, program implementation, and the professional development and career planning of participants. Her work integrates psychology, coaching, and systemic approaches to strengthen people, teams, and organizational performance.
