Bio
A chemical engineer with an M.A. in strategic and technological management and postgraduate studies in international security, disarmament and nonproliferation at NPSGLOBAL.
A researcher at CITEDEF, he has publications on advanced materials, propellants, and chemical technologies, and contributes to NPSGLOBAL’s educational activities through teaching and analysis on chemical and biological warfare agents, WMD security, nonproliferation, and defense technologies.
A graduate and current faculty member of the NPSGLOBAL International Program, he is also a member of the team of permanent advisors on weapons of mass destruction to Argentina’s Ministry of Defense and of the Inspection Escort Group of Argentina’s National Authority for the Chemical Weapons Convention.
